COUNTERTOPS
There are several options on the market and these are some of the materials / brands I sell:
LAMINATE - (rolled, squared and beveled edges) $10.00 - $50.00 sq/ft
Advantages: Affordable, easy to clean, stain resistant and many colors to choose from.
Disadvantages: Hard to repair, can be damaged by heat and sharp objects, scratches and dulls where used.
SOLID SURFACE - (many edges) $50.00 - $75.00 sq/ft
Advantages: Durable, easy to clean, stain resistant, damages can be repaired no seams, pattern and color options.
Disadvantages: Scratches and dulls where used a lot, can be scorched by heat.
QUARTZ - (many edges) $75.00 - $150.00 sq/ft
Advantages: Extremely durable, heat proof, scratch and stain resistant, many colors available, look and feel of granite.
Disadvantages: Seams somewhat conspicuous.
GRANITE - (many edges) $60.00 - $200.00 sq/ft
Advantages: Durable, easy to clean, heat proof, scratch and stain resistant, good work surface, beautiful natural colors.
Disadvantages: Requires periodic sealing, seams somewhat conspicuous.
